“Stay Beautiful”, the newest single from New Jersey-based pop band, Kicking Sunrise, is now available on all streaming platforms. The song is a socially conscious anthem about the struggle to see oneself as beautiful both inside and out, regardless of the challenges we face on a day-to-day basis.
“The song was inspired by empowerment. 'Stay Beautiful' was written to encourage others who are faced with insecurities due to a lack of confidence, motivation, and/or strength. We hope this can be an anthem to anyone who has felt the struggle to see themselves the way the world does,” says lead vocalist, Joe Murphy.
While the band has always written their own songs, “Stay Beautiful” marks the first time they’ve written, produced and mixed their music all on their own. In doing so, they found the sound they’d spent the last 6 years looking for.
Kicking Sunrise has been on the road performing in support of artists such as O-Town, Aaron Carter, Ryan Cabrera, and 'One Tree Hill' alum, Tyler Hilton for the last year and look forward to many more dates with these artists and more in 2019.
